To earn your Green Belt Certification from AIG, you must:
Pass the final exam (minimum 60% score)
Complete one project using DMAIC methodology, demonstrating real application of tools and techniques

A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a trained professional who supports Black Belt projects or leads smaller-scale improvement projects within their organization. They apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to identify and solve process problems, aiming for efficiency and quality improvements.
You can choose your class timings between 10am to 8pm across the week, barring Wednesdays (Non working day for AIG)
Yes, you may. We can work at arranging the MBB Sessions with the faculty over Skype or other modes. As a matter of fact around 60% of all enrollment in AIG’s MBB Programs are done through the online mode.
While the total program is for 60 hours and people tend to complete it in maximum of 3 months. We @AIG, allow you a maximum of 6 months to complete these 60 hours of training and the other related activities that are mandatory for certification issuance.
